Eating Only Fruits – Fruitarian

For the last year, this has been my primary diet. Eating a raw, high carbohydrate, low fat diet. Yes, raw. Uncooked, unprocessed, in its natural state. Specifically, consuming an abundance of green leafy vegetables and high water content fruits. Yes, fruits. Fruits have the ability to digest easily and hydrate your body while being packed full of vitamins and nutrients.

These benefits are the reasons why I don’t go back to cooked food.  We’ve all heard the saying, ‘Taste the Rainbow’ from the commercials, but this is a diet where you are actually tasting the rainbow. Effortlessly, I feel free, lighter, and have more light from internal out.  There is no comparison on how fruit makes me feel.
