I am a full-time WORLDWIDE coach and I program very detailed meal/training plans. I offer a variety of options for clients so I can help them with their specific goals/needs. The programs I write are easy for clients to follow and I give a bit of flexibility.
Below you will see my packages. Take a look and decide if it will work for you! Everything is customized to your needs, goals, and body type specifically.
— STEP 1 —
Choose your coaching package
PACKAGE 1: 1 – Hour Phone or Skype Calls
It’s just me and you for the hour.
I will answer all the questions you can ask in an hour, but this option does not include working on any additional help after our session.
PACKAGE 2: 3 Separate 1 – Hour Phone or Skype Calls
Three separate 1 hour sessions with me where I will answer all of your questions and help you with whatever you need. You must use these three sessions within 30 days of purchasing.
This option does not include working on any additional help after our calls but I will be available once a day every day to communicate over email.
PACKAGE 3: Customized Meal Plan
Get your nutrition in check to meet your health and fitness goals. We will meet for a one time 1 hour Skype or phone call where you will have the opportunity to tell me your health and fitness aspirations whether it be transitioning to a plant-based diet, weight loss, muscle gain, or developing a positive relationship with your food.
After our hour I will draft a custom meal plan for you to follow and reach your goals. This option does not include consistent modifications to your meal plan as you progress.
PACKAGE 4: Customized Fitness Plan
Get your strength and physique in check while meeting your health and fitness goals. We will meet for a one time 1 hour skype or phone call where you will have the opportunity to tell me your health and fitness aspirations whether they be burning fat, building muscle or a combination of the two.
This fitness plan is not for elite endurance athletes looking to progress is that field of athletics. While running and biking may be a part of our plan, this is focused around aesthetic goals and weight training workouts.
After our hour I will draft a custom 7 day workout plan for you to follow and reach your goals. This option does not include consistent modifications to your workout plan as you progress.
PACKAGE 5: One Month Full Time e-Coaching
Consider me your full time health and fitness coach for a month! This is the whole grail of all the packages. With this package we will have a Skype or phone call once a week for 4 weeks, you will get my personal cell phone number for around the clock contact, and I will draft a custom workout and diet plan for you including modifications as the weeks go on.
I will be available via email OR cell phone to answer your questions and hear about your successes or struggles every day, and we will get to know each other quite well.
